Feel Better Now!

Greetings Fellow Life Enthusiasts!

I am feeling AMAZING! I just danced to a fun song I like. Moving my body to the upbeat tunes helped in releasing endorphins, the feel good hormones.

In addition to watching what I eat to prevent sluggishness and feelings of fatigue, exercising in the form of dancing elevated my feelings of being well.

Want to feel better now? Of course you do!

Get up and move! If you have kids, put on a kids song and dance around the house. Dance with your significant other, friends, or even alone - as us single people sometimes do! Whether you're dancing alone or with someone, just get up and move.

Okay, stop reading this and go dance. Go! Have fun!
