Sleep In Peace, Wake in Joy

Salutations Dear Reader!

What a beautiful morning it is as I sit and look at the trees outside my bedroom window. I had a very peaceful sleep, as I do most nights.

When we do what we can throughout the day and willfully accept that some things will be left for another time, we sleep peacefully.

Rest is a vital component for a better quality of life. It would be a challenge to wake up, ready to go, if your sleep was not sweet and restful.

If you have a challenge with sleeping well on a frequent basis, start writing what you're thinking about & know that whatever concerns you have will be dealt with at the appropriate time. Think of what you are grateful for as you fall asleep. Continue to take deep breaths as you allow your body to gently relax.

To wake in joy is to be appreciative for a new day! Have excitement and enthusiasm for every moment. Your life is so special and wonderful! 

As I watered my plants this morning, I thanked the heavens for the exchange of oxygen between plants and mammals. Whether you live alone or with someone, most likely there is a family member, close acquaintance, or perhaps a significant other in your life. Be grateful for having someone to share your life's journey. Thank the Universe for manifesting such wonderful beings.
