Three Things A Person Needs For A Great Day!

Greetings!

Below are three things needed for a GREAT day!

1) Nourishment to sustain life
Unless you have decided to fast from food, adequate fuel in the form of healthy foods is required for you to maintain an optimal level of energy as you go about your day. Be sure to get plenty of H2O as well!

You need to know that your basic needs are consistently being met. Wherever you are now is a blessing because you are still here. As long as you have life, you can grow as a human being. All your needs will continuously be met and supplied in proportions to your belief and expectations.

Knowing that you are safe in the essence of the Universal Spirit (or whatever name you choose for the one Deity over all) allows you to feel a sense of peace as you endeavor to have a better quality of life.

3. Purpose
Deciding why you want to pursue certain goals, or complete particular tasks, will help you stay motivated throughout the day.
